Plants and seed packets

Due to the perishable nature of plants, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once they have been picked up by the customer.

Please inspect your plants carefully at the time of pickup to ensure you are satisfied with their condition.

We mail our seed packets in bubble mailers to ensure that they are well protected during transit.

We do not accept returns or refunds of seed packets.

Home decor items

We want you to be completely happy with your home decor purchase. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 15 days of delivery.

Once your claim is received, we will review it within 3-5 business days and we will send you an email to notify you acceptance or denial of the claim.

If you are approved, you will receive instructions for returning the items.

Return shipping

Please note that you are responsible for paying for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
